WHY SURFWINDOW EXISTS
Surf planning shouldn't live in ten forecast tabs and a group text.
SurfWindow started the usual way: tabs open at 5 a.m., a group text that woke up after the tide turned, and a window gone before anyone made the call. We built the thing we wanted that morning — the forecast read into one honest call, in the same place as the people you'd paddle out with.
What we believe
Give the call, not the charts.
If you still have to interpret four graphs, that's a weather site with wax on it. The app's job is the answer: paddle out or don't.
The call is better together.
A forecast is a starting point; the crew makes it a plan. Who's in, when, and where — decided in one place, not across three apps.
Crews, not audiences.
No followers, no public feed, no clout to farm. Your spots and your calls are visible to your crew and nobody else — a good sandbar shouldn't trend.
Honest about what it knows.
Verdicts come from public wave, tide, and weather data. Features that aren't shipped are marked coming soon. If the call is wrong, tell us — that's how it gets right.
Meet the founders

Joey
Product & Engineering
If there's a window, Joey's in — otherwise he's building SurfWindow, so the crew texts less and surfs more.

Keith
Product & Experience
Always frothing, already planning the crew's next trip — Keith shapes how the app feels to use.

Brant
Platform & Data
The easy-going optimizer — Brant keeps the data flowing and still puts in consistent time in the water with friends.
Find the window. Bring your crew.
Better calls, made with your people.
Free, and invite only for now — no waitlist yet. If a friend's on SurfWindow, ask them to let you in.
