• Spot & Trip Preferences: Favorite surf spots, crew associations, scheduling availability.
• Payment Information (if applicable): Billing details handled securely by third-party payment processors.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
• Usage data: Pages viewed, actions taken, interactions, timestamps.
• Location data (if granted): General area to enable surf forecasts or trip planning.

• OAuth login providers (e.g., Google, Apple) may provide basic profile info.

• Crew members may see your name, avatar, surf sessions, trip participation, and RSVP status.
• Uploaded photos may be visible to your crew or trip members, based on your sharing settings.

• Analytics
• Payment processing
• Authentication

These providers only access data as needed to perform services.

Deletion requests may take up to 30 days and may be retained where legally required.

We retain data for as long as necessary to:

Deleted content may persist in backups for a limited period.

SurfWindow is not intended for children under 13.

SurfWindow operates from the United States.
