Who Sees It

Post a check to everyone, or keep it to your crews. One switch, Everyone or Only my crews, and the crews you pick get the heads-up. A crews-only check stays out of everyone else's feeds — though its link still opens for anyone you send it to, because sometimes that's the point.

Check Alerts

Hear about checks at your spots, or anywhere in your region. Switch on Only when it's good and a choppy report won't buzz your pocket. Still one push per spot per session, and nothing overnight. And if your phone quietly stopped getting notifications, SurfWindow notices and signs it back up.

Join a Session

See a crewmate's session in the feed? Tap Join. The card counts who's in, so a plan turns into a meetup without the group chat.

Viewer Upgrades

The photo viewer now leads with the surfer's own call — head high, cross-shore, soft — with how complete it was and the score they gave it. Posted the wrong shot? Remove it, or the whole check, while it's still live. And if a photo doesn't belong, the flag is right there in the viewer.

The photo viewer on the first of three photos, a wide shot of a peeling wave at Watson behind dune grass, labelled Joey's check from six days ago and marked Verified, with the call head high, cross-shore, soft rated a solid call, and a score of 78, Firing

Also New

Plans get the same Everyone or Only my crews switch as checks. Pinch the photo viewer and the photo zooms, not the page. A paddle-out push now goes out once, not twice, and a fast double tap no longer trips up the check sheet.
